Returns - the rules

Please note the following points:

1. returns are only possible within 8 days and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice
2. the goods can only be taken back in unused, originally packed condition
3. are excluded from exchange or redemption:
    - electrical and electronic components
    - Interior equipment, soft tops, side windows etc.
    - Accessories
    - all articles which were ordered especially for you abroad
4. If a return has become necessary due to an error of our own, the costs for these spare parts
    will be credited to you at 100%.
5. If you have ordered the wrong items/parts yourself or if you no longer need the spare part
    for other reasons, you will be charged 20% of the value of the goods
6. returns with a value of less than Fr. 50.-- cannot be refunded for administrative reasons
7. parts which you want to exchange must also be returned to us within 8 days, enclosing a copy of the invoice
