Magnetic sump plug for MGC/MGC GT and Austin-Healey 100-6 & 3000.

Catch any bits of ferrous metals being pumped around your engine and get advance warning of damage before they do any more harm with this magnetic sump plug. Supplied with copper crush washer. Replacement washer available separately using part number 6K431B.

Please note that this magnetic drain plug has parallel threads and is strictly for the engine sump. It is not correct for any Austin-Healey or MGC transmission, which used tapered pipe threads for drain and fill. It has been pointed out that the magnetic drain plug it is close enough in size to lead the unwary astray-you can thread it into a gearbox, but you will be damaging the threads.
