The Pertronix Second Strike is the only ignition system to provide a powerful second spark throughout the entire RPM range. The Second Strike is a microcontroller ignition supplement that works with most systems.

Following an initial first spark, the Second Strike delivers a powerful second spark resulting in a more complete combustion and increased burn time, which at very high RPM's can reduce misfire . This reduction gives more peak horsepower and torque.

The Second Strike's unique crank angle offset (CAO) allows you to simply turn the dial and change the time (in crank angle degrees) that the second spark occurs.

The system offers a wide range of adjustment (2º to 18º) to give you the flexibility to find the CAO that works best for your engine and performance.

Also features a built in digital rev limiter which protects the engine from over rev conditions.

Easy installation with a simple five wire hookup and detailed fitting instructions. No special distributor or coil required.
